Project submission fail

Dear 365 team,

I finished the Statistics course and I was doing the project 'Customer Engagement Analysis in Excel Project'. I didn't see the message saying the quiz was limited to only two tries, and now when I try to either re-do the project or submit the last version of it, it keeps showing the message 'Project Guided change not allowed' even though I choose the same option. I think it happened because I didn't submit the project and just left the page. 

What should I do in this case? I can either re-do the project or just submit my last quiz result, but I just want to see the answers and explanation for the project and move on to the next course.
