Name Change in the certificates

If you want to change your name on your Certificate of Completion, you can. All you need to do is follow these steps:

1. Log in to the platform using your credentials
2. Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner of the screen
3. Choose “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu
4. Navigate to “General”
5. Change your name

We strongly recommend using your full legal name, as this name appears on all your certificates of achievement!

We also request that you send an email to appsupport@365datascience.com to let us know about the change and to request approval. When your name is updated, we’ll get in touch and you should see your certificate reflecting the change.

I have already changed the name in the account setting. But On certificate it's still the same.
