in Credit Risk Modeling in Python / Data preparation. Preprocessing one discrete variable

Jupyter is getting stuck on Kernel busy at the train_split part of the tutorial and it's getting stuck for long periods of time. I can't run any new commands afterwards, does anyone have a solution to this?
