Every Time I try to make a new file it gives me this problem

Thank you for sharing a screenshot. It indicates that you must have encountered a Jupyter Notebook issue, not something related to the functionality of our platform.
Does that error occur while you are working on your computer? Did you double-check the paths to the files you've been working on (or moved them to another directory while open in Jupyter)? Have you tried using JupyterLab online? Or, have you tried reinstalling Jupyter?
