coefficient of variation for mean having 0 or negative value
hi
I wanted to ask what if we have negative mean , then the relative standard deviation will be negative. How to interpret that?
moreover , if the mean is 0, then the cv will be infinite, how to interpret that?

Hello Swarntam!
Thanks for reaching out!
Standard deviation is measure of dispersion. ( How far is your data distanced from its mean ). Distance can never be negative. And more precisely, the standard deviation must be higher than 0 – positive. Standard deviation cannot be negative in any conditions.
The same answer applies to your second question.
