ARE THERE THINGS YOU DO BEHIND THE SCENES?

in Introduction to Tableau / Creating and Formatting a Dashboard

I wouldn't know if it's the latest version(s) of Tableau but I realised that anytime I create a new sheet, for it to work the way it did in this video tutorial, I needed to Edit relationshis over and over. Please explain why that is so. Also, if there is a way around it, I will like to know.
