Amount debited but didn't get any subscription

Hello, 
I tried to get  your monthly subscription plan of 19 dollar with the same email address. For that I paid the requisite amount and the amount is also debited from my account but I didn't get any payment confirmation from your side and even on the website there is no information in the billing section regarding the payment. 


Why I didn't get any subscription after the payment already debited? Either refund the amount or give me the subscription so that I can start my course. 


This is very frustrating for me as a student and I didn't expect this kind of response from your end. Even I tried to reach customer care number after giving so many options they automatically cut the call. What kind of support is this??? Which is not recieving any complains by the customer. 


Please resolve this ASAP.

I have already mailed regarding the same issue on the same mail I'd team@365financialanalyst.com but haven't got any response from your end and it's been more than 24 hours. When will I get my subscriprion to start my my course? Why is this issue arising? Don't you think that this will frustate a lot of students and may be they don't opt for your website again?
