Case Description

In today’s rapidly changing business landscape, companies are increasingly exploring how artificial intelligence can make their work faster, smarter, and more creative. One of the most accessible tools driving this change is ChatGPT—a conversational AI that can assist with everything from writing and data analysis to idea generation and workflow automation.

In this project, you’ll take on the role of an employee at a small business that’s launching an internal AI adoption initiative. Your manager has asked you to test ChatGPT across a few departments and demonstrate how it can be used to improve everyday operations.

You’ll start by setting up your own ChatGPT workspace with custom instructions, then analyze a small dataset using proper prompt engineering. You’ll transform your findings into an engaging company article, design simple visuals, practice file creation, and finally compile everything into a professional AI adoption report ready to present to your manager.

Each step builds on the previous one, helping you see how ChatGPT can handle connected tasks in a real business scenario.
